Baked smothered PorkChops

For these easy baked smothered pork chops I put them in the oven at 375° for an hour and 25 minutes.

They came out super tender, and absolutely delicious.

I took a total of five pork chops and seasoned them with Cajun two-step onion powder, garlic powder, and kinder all purpose seasoning .

Sliced one whole green, bell pepper, one whole red, bell pepper, and half of a yellow onion .

For the gravy, I took 2 cups of beef broth and mixed it with one pack of brown gravy and one pack of Lipton onion soup mix.

I layered the bottom of my pan with the gravy mixture and half of my vegetable mix, and then I placed all five of my pork chops on top of that . And then I poured the rest of the gravy mixture on top of the pork chops and added the rest of the vegetables..

I covered with aluminum and placed in the oven at 375° for an hour and 25 minutes .

As a side item to go with it, I cooked instant rice. I cooked the rice with butter and added a little bit of sugar and savory mixture combination.

It came out So delicious!

If you try it, I hope you enjoy it !
