Weightloss Teatime🤪

Hey guys, so I am having a late night power snack that I thought I would share with you guys:

Tea:

- ginger 🫚

- rose petals🌹

- hibiscus🌺

I boil water and then add in the ginger, after boiling with lid on for 6 minutes, before adding in the rose and boiling for another 3 minutes. After that I take the water off the stove and add dry hibiscus into it and cover the lid to let the hibiscus infuse into the hot water and turn the water blood red. Once there is a deep hue of red I strain and add in stevia and a pinch of black salt for digestion and water electrolytes balance. This tea can be drank at any time and is great for anxiety, depression, skin glow, acne, eczema, digestion, weightloss etc. I have lost 34.8 pound with this tea in about 4 month along with walking for 20 minutes a day.

Chicken salad:

This is just your regular chicken salad recipe, only I substitute all the sauces with cottage cheese and ranch powder( low sodium), add in tomato, sauerkraut, lots of greens, and chick peas, and of course shredded chicken, onions, and protein Greek yogurt and serve it on low card keto bread. Oh and most importantly I add bone broth and collagen powder into my chicken salad mix but the flavor free collagen powder😊

This is my go to when I need a volume rich and balancing snack that will give me at least 20 grams of protein and 6+ grams of fiber.
