"Can't Do Anything Anymore"
A sentence rang in my heart. As the bowling ball got out of my hand, hurtling away quickly, I felt the force and rhythm of it through my hand, as if my heart were beating that roll.
.
I know there are blind people bowling until the national team, but for me, to have this first try with the Allympic group is an entry into a world that has never been touched before.
.
We start by picking the ball, touching the width of the field and the side tube after a ball rolls down the right tube.
.
"Let's move a little more to the left," said the elder who suggested calmly.
.
I tried again, this time the ball rolled to the left, and we tried again and again, changing standing position, adjusting centrifugal force, and trying the new weight shift.
.
Some strokes, I felt my own heart rolling too. Rolling off the force, trying to see no effect.
.
"I can't do anything anymore." I even prayed that the pin would fall a little, knowing that hope is not a good strategy.
.
In the whole game I dropped three pins and two.
.
We tried again, swung again, stood again, started again, and at that pace.
.
So I understood the meaning of "can't do anything anymore" after the child leaves my hand. I can't force the results. The best thing to do is control the resumption, start again, try again, adjust again, and don't stop trying.
