So, I’ve committed to starting a meal prep to lose weight. And so far, I am having troubles committing to my meal plan. Can anyone give me any ideas and advice to continue going? I’m also going to the gym at least 3x a week, so I’m relying more on my diet than going to the gym to lose my desire weight. I’ll be uploading my meal prep for the week each Sunday!
