"Biomedical engineering apprenticeships in beauty clinics aren't just fixing machines." During our apprenticeship, we were late for biomedical engineering in beauty medical equipment, saying that at first I thought I'd just watch the machine turn it on and off, just help the mechanic.
But the real thing is... not easy. 🥲
Many people who see a lifting machine or laser in a clinic may think that just a button is pressed and the machine works, but behind it there is a very detailed check of energy, stability, cooling system and calibration.
The duties we have performed since
• Check the machine before activation
• See error code
• Help calibration
• Prepare the Demon machine
• Have also looked at the FDA request
• Have tried real machines with real people
Being trained in a company that is not very large, we have practiced in many positions, making us know ourselves faster which one we really want to do.
Before our internship, we saw beauty as just aesthetic.
After the internship, we see it as high technology that needs to be very accurate.
If anyone is learning this line and hesitating on which line to go, tell me that the beauty line is another very interesting way, challenging, fast-growing, and actually using both engineering and biomedical.
This practice makes us see ourselves more clearly where we want to grow up. 🤍
