Sun Rise

One thing about life, it models nature. One day the sun will shine its brightest knowing that soon it will go down and be overtaken with darkness.

Everyday, I awake grateful for the very thing that is a given, acceptance of the unknown. Letting go of the exact time the sun will rise and set equates to letting go of the need to control what each day will bring.

Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy going with the flow and riding the waves of life. I am learning to surf the highest wave as if it mirrors the calmest. Either way, being able to experience another day of life and whatever it brings is a gift.

What are you most grateful for?

It encourages you to focus on the positive aspects of life, enabling a more optimistic outlook. Mindfulness practices, such as meditation and enjoying a warm cup of tea, can enhance your morning routine. Meditation helps you gain clarity, reduce stress, and stay present. A simple 5-minute session can prepare your mind for the day, fostering a state of tranquility. Incorporating healthy habits into your morning is equally essential. For instance, drinking roasted dandelion tea not only serves as a detox for your kidneys and liver but also invigorates your body for the day ahead. This herbal tea is known for its numerous health benefits, including reducing inflammation and promoting digestion. As you reflect on what you are grateful for each morning, consider journaling these thoughts to cultivate a habit of positivity.
