Fajita Pasta Quick & Easy Meal

Finally tried the famous Fajita Pasta and 10/10 recommend. Here is what I used below 👇

1. It’s called for some noodles I didn’t have on hand so I used spaghetti noodles (that was the only thing I didn’t like, I don’t care for spaghetti noodles)

2. Onions, Bell Peppers

3. Chicken Breast or Thighs (your chose)

4. Fajita Seasoning and any other seasonings you like

5. Smoked Sausage

6. Heavy Cream & Butter

Boil noodles, cleaned the chicken and cut up into smaller bites. Seasoned with the fajita and other seasonings, in a pan add butter and cook the chicken till it’s done. Slice up some smoked sausages and brown those up and add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Once that’s done, add heavy cream and cheese to that pan and add chicken. Mix another and add the noodles. Boom you have your fajita pasta (if you want it baked, you can do that as well. I did and enjoyed it very much). Once again this is how I did it.

This dish is versatile; you can easily swap spaghetti for other pasta types, such as penne or fusilli, depending on your preference. The addition of heavy cream gives the dish a rich, velvety finish, while chicken and smoked sausage add protein and heartiness. For an added twist, consider incorporating different vegetables like zucchini or spinach, which add color and nutrition to the dish. A sprinkle of cheese, such as shredded cheddar or parmesan, can elevate the flavor and add a cheesy layer that complements the spices beautifully. To enhance the Fajita Pasta experience, serve it with a side of garlic bread or a fresh garden salad. This meal not only satisfies but is also a great way to use leftover ingredients from your fridge. With its simple preparation and rapid cooking time, Fajita Pasta is an ideal recipe for those evenings when time is short but a delicious meal is still desired.
