Growing up with my little brother has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Even though he’s going through his rebellious phase, his actions consistently prove how caring and considerate he truly is. I remember countless nights staying up late for our movie tradition — even though he often fell asleep within the first 30 minutes, he'd insist he watched the entire movie just to be there for me. He's the kind of brother who would hands-down always give me the first pick, whether it be food, games, or even the bigger half when sharing something. Growing up, he never let me carry heavy bags or open car or house doors on my own, constantly making sure I was safe and comfortable. His little gestures, like always making me laugh no matter how down I felt, or forcing me to accept affection when I tried to push it away during tough times, really show his big heart. One of the most touching moments was when he got hurt in an accident and had to undergo anesthesia; upon waking up, his first concern was not for himself but for me, asking if I was okay. This selflessness is something rare and beautiful. Our bond is more than just siblingship — he’s my best friend, my protector, and a true gentleman. It’s hard to move on from living together because it means leaving that safe space behind, but I hold onto every memory with him.
