The feeling of "out of reach" does not always mean that dreams are impossible, but often from a mixture of things, such as
Aim too big at once.
Looking from the point of standing to the destination, it looked so far away that it was discouraged.
Haven't seen a clear "way to go" yet.
Not that it can't go, but there are no tangible plans or procedures yet.
Compare yourself to those who have already arrived.
We only see his destination, but we don't see his troubles.
Afraid of failure or not confident yourself, so feel that it is beyond ability
Try thinking like this instead.

If you look from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, it's really high, but the person who reaches it doesn't jump up, he walks one step at a time, then he breaks, falls, and goes on.
To give it "not out of reach," try this adjustment:
- Divide your dreams into small goals.
- Focus on "next step." Don't think about all the peaks.
- I'm not 100% ready.
Maybe the problem is not that the dream is too far away, but because we haven't built a bridge to it at a time.
Building a bridge, the dream may be really close. 💙
จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว หลายครั้งที่เรารู้สึกความฝันหรือเป้าหมายดูเหมือนไกลเกินจนแทบเอื้อมไม่ถึง ความรู้สึกนี้เป็นเรื่องปกติของมนุษย์ เพราะเรามักจะมองเห็นแค่ปลายทางโดยตรงโดยไม่เห็นขั้นตอนหรือความพยายามที่คนอื่นผ่านมาก่อนหน้านั้น การนำเสนอว่า “ความฝันเหมือนภูเขา” เป็นภาพเปรียบเทียบที่เข้าใจง่ายและมีประโยชน์มากสำหรับผม โดยเฉพาะการตระหนักว่าไม่มีใครกระโดดขึ้นไปยังยอดเขาได้ในครั้งเดียว แต่ทุกคนเดินทีละก้าว มีทั้งล้ม มีทั้งพักระหว่างทาง นั่นทำให้ผมเรียนรู้ว่าไม่ควรตั้งเป้าหมายใหญ่เกินไปในคราวเดียว เพราะมันจะสร้างความรู้สึกท้อแท้และมองไม่เห็นหนทางอย่างชัดเจน ผมแนะนำให้ลองสร้างแผนย่อย ๆ ที่สามารถทำได้ทันที เช่น การแบ่งเป้าหมายใหญ่ออกเป็นก้าวย่อย ๆ ที่จับต้องได้และชัดเจน เพราะเมื่อเรามุ่งสนใจกับ “ก้าวถัดไป” อย่างเดียว จะช่วยให้เก็บสะสมความสำเร็จทีละน้อยจนกระทั่งฝันใหญ่ใกล้ขึ้นจนเอื้อมถึงจริง ๆ นอกจากนี้ การเริ่มลงมือทำแม้จะยังไม่มั่นใจหรือพร้อม 100% ก็เป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เพราะในระหว่างทางที่ลงมือทำ จะได้เรียนรู้และปรับปรุงตัวเองให้ดีขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ซึ่งบางครั้งการรอให้พร้อมเต็มร้อยอาจทำให้โอกาสดี ๆ หลุดลอยไป สุดท้ายนี้อยากให้ทุกคนส่งกำลังใจให้ตัวเองและคนรอบข้าง ที่กำลังพยายามเดินตามฝัน เพราะการเดินทางของแต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน หากมีความตั้งใจและไม่ยอมแพ้ รับรองว่าความฝันที่ดูไกลก็จะค่อย ๆ ใกล้เข้ามาอย่างแน่นอน
