It’s finally time

Oh my gosh, February is finally here, and I'm beyond thrilled to share my TBR pile! This time, I'm making a big commitment: I'm finally, finally starting the 'Throne of Glass' series by the incredible Sarah J. Maas! I've seen this series absolutely dominate BookTok for ages, and honestly, the hype is real. Everyone talks about the epic world-building, the fierce characters, and the incredible journey Celaena Sardothien embarks on. I'm kicking things off with 'The Assassin's Blade,' which I know is a novella collection that serves as a prequel. I've heard mixed opinions on reading order – some say start with 'Throne of Glass,' others swear by 'Assassin's Blade' first. After much deliberation and scrolling through countless BookTok recommendations, I decided to go with the prequel first to really understand Celaena's background and her motivations from the get-go. Don't forget to pace yourself; reading should be enjoyable, not a race. Sometimes it's okay to put a book down if it's not working for you, or to pick up a lighter read after a heavy fantasy epic.
