เผื่อใครเสิร์ชหา “snow ขนม” แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าจะไปลองดีไหม ขอเสริมจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวแบบละเอียดขึ้นนิดนึงค่ะ เพราะ SNOWS เป็นขนมญี่ปุ่นสายช็อกโกแลตที่ทำมาให้กินช่วงอากาศหนาวจริงๆ ฟีลมันจะเข้มข้น หอม และละลายไวกว่าเวลาปกติ สิ่งที่เราชอบของ SNOWS คือแต่ละตัว “คาแรกเตอร์ชัด” และเหมาะกับคนละอารมณ์ 1) Snowball (สโนว์บอล) ทรัฟเฟิลช็อกโกแลตไส้ครีมสด อันนี้เหมาะกับสายช็อกโกฯ เข้มๆ ที่อยากได้ความฟินแบบละลายในปาก ด้านนอกเป็นช็อกโกแลตเข้มข้น พอกัดแล้วไส้ครีมสดข้างในจะนุ่มมาก ทำให้รสชาติบาลานซ์ขึ้น ไม่หวานแหลม แต่จะหอมมันและเข้มแบบผู้ใหญ่ แนะนำให้กินตอนขนมยังเย็นนิดๆ จะได้สัมผัสแน่นๆ แต่ถ้าอยากให้ “ละลายตู้ม” ก็พักไว้ที่อุณหภูมิห้องแป๊บหนึ่งก่อนกิน 2) Snowsand (สโนว์แซนด์) คุกกี้บางกรอบไส้ช็อกโกฯ/ไวท์ช็อกฯ ถ้าชอบขนมกินง่าย พกสะดวก และอยากได้อะไรที่เข้ากับเครื่องดื่ม อันนี้ตอบโจทย์ที่สุด ตัวคุกกี้จะกรอบหอมเนย ไส้ด้านในมีทั้งโทนเข้มและโทนขาว (ไวท์ช็อก) เราว่ากินคู่กาแฟดำหรือชาไม่หวานคือดีมาก เหมาะซื้อเป็นของฝากเพราะหน้าตาสวย ห่อแยกชิ้น ดูพรีเมียม และแบ่งกินง่าย 3) Mori no Miru Yume ช็อกโกแลตรูปต้นไม้ ใครชอบเนื้อสัมผัสกรุบกรอบ เคี้ยวเพลิน ตัวนี้สนุกสุด เพราะด้านในผสมอัลมอนด์กับเศษพายบด ทำให้ไม่ใช่ช็อกโกแลตเนียนๆ อย่างเดียว แต่มีเลเยอร์ให้เคี้ยว ได้กลิ่นหอมถั่วและความกรอบมันๆ เหมาะกับคนที่ไม่อยากให้หวานเลี่ยน และชอบขนมที่กินไปทำงานไปได้ ทริคเล็กๆ ก่อนซื้อ - ถ้าตั้งใจซื้อไปฝาก: Snowsand เป็นตัวเลือกเซฟที่สุด เพราะพกง่ายและกินง่าย - ถ้าจะซื้อกินเองแบบให้รางวัล: Snowball คือความฟินขั้นสุด - ถ้าชอบเคี้ยวกรุบๆ ไม่เน้นละลาย: เลือก Mori no Miru Yume สุดท้ายแนะนำให้ไปดูหน้าตู้โชว์ก่อน เพราะบางช่วงของ Pop-up ของอาจหมดบางรส/บางแบบได้ และควรถามพนักงานเรื่องการเก็บรักษา (โดยเฉพาะ Snowball ที่มีไส้ครีมสด) จะได้อร่อยที่สุดตอนกลับไปกินที่บ้านค่ะ
