💜 LL’s Spicy Chili Seasoning — where flavor meets flow.
Yields: About 1½ cups
Storage: Airtight container for up to 6 months
Ingredients
• 6 tbsp chili powder
• 4 tbsp smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp ground cumin
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
• 1 tbsp crushed fennel seed (optional, for aroma)
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp onion powder (or sauté fresh diced onion when cooking)
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)
Directions
1. Layer each spice in your jar for that beautiful gradient look.
2. Once ready to use, shake gently to blend.
3. Use 2–3 tbsp per pound of meat for chili, or sprinkle to taste on veggies and soups.
💡 Chef’s Tip:
If you’re out of onion powder, just sauté a bit of diced onion with your meat — it adds the same depth, fresh and aromatic.
