GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BOMBS

Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch each)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.

3. Add Cheese: Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each piece of dough. Fold the edges of the dough around the cheese, pinching tightly to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.

4. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
