Despite seeing changes in my appearance that make me feel a bit heavier, the scales and my energy levels suggest otherwise. Tracking my daily caloric intake has been an eye-opener—consuming 1392 kcal with a well-balanced diet. I've included protein-rich meals, like rice with pork and chicken, and a refreshing strawberry protein smoothie, which is crucial for muscle repair and overall health. It's encouraging to see how these small dietary changes can still lead to progress. Taking 9,454 steps today also helped boost my calorie burn, demonstrating that an active lifestyle is essential in this journey. Remember, transformations take time, and how we feel internally often contradicts our external observations. Stay dedicated and keep pushing forward, everyone. Your journey matters!
