Seeing Lightning McQueen and Mater come to life with vibrant LED screens and intense red lights was incredible. It’s definitely a highlight of the paint the night cars section of the parade. You can’t help but dance along to the upbeat music – it’s such nighttime magic! Every character, from Mickey himself to other beloved Disney friends, glows head to toe as they pass by, creating an immersive and joyous atmosphere. From start to finish, the parade itself typically runs about 15-20 minutes, depending on your viewing spot along the route. However, the experience of waiting and soaking in the atmosphere adds to the overall fun! Since it's only on select nights, always double-check the Disneyland app or website for showtimes and parade routes before your visit. Trust me, finding a good spot early is key.
