May 11th through May 15th marks Noise Awareness Week. When I started working from home, I noticed a huge drop in my stress and anxiety levels. In the office, a lot of noise—whether from people talking, moving around, or outside—would leave me feeling irritated, stressed, and even sick to my stomach.
