A clean, stimulating environment is key to their happiness. Extra Floor Time: Let them explore a safe, supervised area outside their cage. This allows for exercise and mental stimulation. My guinea pig gets so excited to run laps and explore new nooks and crannies! New Toys: Guinea pigs love to chew and hide. A new cardboard tunnel, a safe chew toy, or even a paper bag can provide hours of entertainment. Gentle Grooming: A soft brush can help keep their fur clean and prevent matting, especially for long-haired breeds. It's also a great bonding experience.
