INGREDIENTS:

3 medium potato’s

1 honey pulled pork

1 can of 12floz evaporated milk

1 bag of jump shrimp

-bacon bites

-colby cheese

-bbq sauce

-sour cream

🥔 Homemade Mashed Potatoes

1. Peel your potatoes.

2. Boil them in water with 2 tablespoons of butter + salt.

3. Once the potatoes are tender, drain the water.

4. Mash them using a whisk (or masher).

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Slowly add evaporated milk eyeball the amount until you reach your desired creaminess. (You don’t have to use the whole can.)

🍤 Shrimp (8–12 min cook time on medium heat)

Season with:

• Garlic

• Old Bay

• Paprika

• Badia Complete

Sauté until fully cooked and slightly golden.

🍖 Pulled Pork
