I am so proud of myself…

10 pounds in a month!!!!

I hope I keep trying my best and by Christmas (my birthday on 24th, 37th) I can finally be under 200 pound after 6 years!!

This has been my best month in years!

Not only my weight loss but my mental health, energy, and my clothes are fitting better!!!
