MORNING ROUTINE
☀️wake up, this might seem obvious but for some it can be a real challenge to get out of bed early or at the same time every day. but this is one of the most important things! routine makes your brain happy🌈
☀️drink water, it is so good for you to immediately hydrate, and it will help you wake up. maybe throw some morning stretches in too 😊
☀️feed pets/self, both of these are equally as important! Bird tells me shes hungry by stepping on my face lol
☀️hygiene, it can be hard sometimes but think about how good you will feel afterwards, brush your teeth/hair, a morning shower if you didn’t the day before!
☀️lastly i like to plan out my day. start the day with purpose! you will feel so much more productive in the end.
