This tender, juicy chicken, infused with garlic and herbs, and that irresistible melty mozzarella, is practically begging to be served with a bowl of comforting spaghetti. The rich flavors from the mayo and mustard marinade, combined with the savory garlic, create a depth that perfectly complements the simplicity of pasta. I often make a batch of these chicken breasts following the recipe – beating them with a kitchen mallet really does make a difference for tenderness! – and then I'm set for a couple of meals. Here’s my favorite way to turn this amazing chicken into a full chicken and spaghetti feast. First, get your spaghetti cooking.
