Over the past few months, I have personally experienced some alarming health symptoms that I initially overlooked, hoping they would resolve on their own. Another concerning change was an unexpected weight loss of over 70 pounds since October, accompanied by fatigue and noticeable hair loss. Recognizing that these symptoms were not normal, I made an appointment to see a healthcare professional. Now, I am awaiting blood work results to get an accurate diagnosis. This experience has taught me the importance of paying close attention to our bodies and not ignoring persistent issues, no matter how minor they may seem initially.
