Let's be real...
⛈️ Life is hectic, complicated, and overstimulating juggling family, career and all the responsibilities, often leaving us feeling like we have little time left to focus on ourselves.
🙏 Thankfully, creating space to practice simple breath and movement techniques can be extremely powerful to calm our nervous system and clear our mind, even for a minute!
🧘♂️ Try it out with child's pose pictured above.
Try taking your knees out wide to create more space. Support your forehead with a block or folded blanket/towel if needed. Slow your breath to lengthen your inhales and exhales and let the earth support you. Breathe for 5 or 6 breath cycles.
