What I eat as a hairstylist
Lately I’ve been focused on eating my vitamins instead of only relying on supplements 🤍✨
Choosing real, nutrient-dense foods that naturally fuel my body, support my energy, and help me feel my best. Eggs, steak salad, chicken & rice, fruit, cucumbers, Greek yogurt… simple foods with real benefits.
Nothing extreme, just trying to nourish myself the natural way and stay consistent. Food can be powerful when you choose it with intention.

As someone who works long hours and is always on my feet, I've found that eating nutrient-rich foods is key to maintaining my energy and focus throughout the day. For example, I love starting my morning with boiled eggs and egg whites because they provide clean protein, healthy fats, and choline, which supports brain health—perfect for staying sharp during client consultations. I make sure to incorporate plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables like watermelon, cucumber, and berries. These hydrating choices are packed with antioxidants that promote skin health, something important not just for me but for my clients as well. Spinach and arugula salads topped with steak bites, pumpkin seeds, and bell peppers give me a well-rounded mix of iron, protein, fiber, and healthy fats that keep my strength and energy up. When lunch calls for something more substantial, I opt for boneless skinless chicken thighs paired with veggies and a small serving of rice. This combo balances protein with complex carbs to fuel my afternoon busy schedule without leaving me feeling sluggish. Greek yogurt with blueberries, kiwi, a little granola, and honey is a delicious snack that supports gut health through probiotics while providing antioxidants and fiber. Overall, I try to avoid relying solely on supplements, instead focusing on whole foods that naturally nourish my body. This approach keeps me consistent and feeling my best, proving that eating with intention truly matters. For anyone with a demanding lifestyle, especially in a hands-on profession like hairstyling, these simple food choices can make a significant difference in wellness and daily performance.
