🍫 Hershey’s Kisses Chocolate Blossoms Dessert Cups
Ingredients
Cookie Base
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
• Hershey’s Kisses (any flavor: milk chocolate, peppermint, caramel, cookies & cream)
• Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions
1. Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease.
2. Make the chocolate dough
In a bowl, whisk:
• flour
• cocoa powder
• baking soda
• salt
In another bowl, beat:
• softened butter
• sugar
• brown sugar
Mix until creamy. Add the egg + vanilla.
Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet until a thick dough forms.
3. Fill the cups
Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough into each mini muffin cup.
Gently press the center to shape them slightly.
4. Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the tops are set but soft.
5. Add the Kisses
Immediately press one Hershey’s Kiss into each hot cookie cup.
The cookie will form a blossom shape around it.
6. Cool
Let cool for 10–15 minutes so the Kisses stay intact.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
