Locking the closure down on the sewing machine.
After I secure my closure by hand, I take it to the sewing machine and stitch it onto the wig cap. This step makes sure that lace closure is never coming off that cap.
Things to remember when doing this step:
1️⃣ Go slow. Control matters when sewing lace.
2️⃣ Double or triple stitch the ends so the closure stays locked in place.
3️⃣ Work on a flat surface and make sure the cap isn’t folding under itself while you sew.
💡 Pro Tip: If the cap folds while stitching, it will bunch the lace and your closure won’t lay flat.
