Not because you take a break means that you’re quitting sometimes you’re just warranting yourself that reset that you need! As for me in my consecration journey, I’ve been at this in 2018 and a lot of times I get lost in the sauce and that’s just a part of the process in a journey

So no matter what you’re going through or what area of your life you need to take a step back from this is your permission slip to do so
