Verse of the day! Matthew 9:37-38 (NIV)🙏🏾✨

God is calling His children to step into the work of His harvest. There is so much to be done in this world, and He is raising up more workers for His kingdom. He is placing wisdom, knowledge, and purpose inside of us so we can go out, serve, and share His word and light with others. Even when you feel unqualified, God is still calling you, because He equips those He chooses. The more willing hearts that step forward, the greater the harvest will be. Sometimes, it's simply about demonstrating that Jesus LOVES YOU through small acts of kindness, a listening ear, or sharing a hopeful word with someone who's struggling. I remember a time when I felt so overwhelmed by my own worries and concerns. I stumbled upon Colossians 3:1 NIV, which challenges us to 'set your hearts on things above.' It was a powerful reminder to hand over MY CONCERNS to God. When I did, it was like a weight lifted. This verse from Matthew then came alive in a new way – focusing on God's work helps shift my perspective from personal anxieties to a bigger purpose. It’s not just about what I need, but how I can be a vessel for Him. The article beautifully highlights that God equips those He chooses. This is such a comfort! Like many, I've often felt unqualified or unsure about stepping out in faith. But thinking about John 14:6 NIV, where Jesus says, 'I am the way and the truth and the life,' reminds me that our ability comes from Him. It's not about being perfect, but about being willing to HONOR GOD with our lives and talents. He doesn't ask for perfection, just an open heart. It's about asking for wisdom on how to share His light. Maybe it's finding opportunities to volunteer, truly listening to a friend, or even just living out my faith authentically online. Every interaction can be an opportunity to plant a seed or water one that's already there. It's easy to get caught up in the idea that we need a specific 'ministry' or a huge platform. But the harvest is everywhere – in our families, workplaces, communities, and online spaces. It’s about recognizing the spiritual needs around us and being ready to serve. This verse isn't just a historical statement; it's a living call to action for us right now. Let's remember that God is actively raising up workers, and He has placed purpose inside each of us. The more hearts willing to step forward, the greater the impact will be. Let's be those willing hearts and embody the message that Jesus LOVES YOU in everything we do.
