What do you meannnn you don’t squeeze glutes at the top of a squat?! In most lengthened movements such as a lunge, RDL or squat, the glutes are under the most tension at the BOTTOM of the movement! Meaning that over squeezing at the top actually does nothing for more activation 🤷🏽♀️ Typica
