Traveling across multiple states in the US offers a fantastic opportunity to witness a variety of cultures, climates, and landscapes. Having visited 14 states myself, I've experienced everything from the bustling city life in New York to the peaceful natural beauty of states like Wyoming and Oregon. Each state holds unique treasures; for instance, California’s vibrant beaches and tech hubs contrast beautifully with South Dakota’s historical monuments like Mount Rushmore. States like Texas and Florida offer warm weather year-round, perfect for outdoor adventures, while northern states such as Minnesota and Wisconsin showcase stunning winters and friendly communities. One of the most rewarding aspects of traveling through these states is the chance to appreciate the regional cuisines—whether it's fresh seafood from the coasts or barbecue specialties in southern states like Tennessee and Arkansas. I also found that visiting lesser-known states such as Nebraska and Kansas was a highlight, providing authentic and unspoiled American experiences away from typical tourist spots. Additionally, keeping track of the states visited using hashtags like #statesivebeento made sharing my journey more interactive and inspiring for others. The map I created showing about 28% of the US states covered motivates me to continue exploring the remaining 36 states.
