One practical way I've found to make time is by consciously saying "no" to things that don't align with my goals or add value to my well-being. This might mean turning down additional work tasks, limiting social media scrolls, or postponing less important activities. It’s not always easy; it requires discipline and courage, especially when doing the hard things goes unnoticed by others. Consistency is another key factor. Keeping promises to myself, such as dedicating 30 minutes a day to exercise or mindfulness, even on tired or unmotivated days, reinforces my commitment to self-growth and health. Over time, these small, intentional choices accumulate, creating meaningful progress. Additionally, I try to identify my "time stealers," like excessive phone use or unnecessary multitasking, and set boundaries to protect my focus. For example, turning off non-essential notifications or designating specific times to check emails helps me regain control over my minutes. Remember, making time isn’t about finding perfect moments but about prioritizing what truly matters and showing up for it proactively.
