I can’t tell you how many opportunities I had to make memories but I missed out on them because of my fear of food.

Yes, food gives us energy but it’s also culture, celebration, enjoyment and fun! It isn’t just fuel.

So just know you can share food with someone without feeling shame or guilt.

Also, it’s 2025, we shouldn’t be perpetuating fatphobia! 🤦🏽‍♀️
