Summer Sun tea
Growing up my uncle would always make what he called Sun tea. He would put about six black tea bags in a pitcher and let it sit in the sun for a few hours. It always tasted ten times better than regular ice tea.
What you need:
Container- I prefer glass especially since this container will sit in the sun for a few hours.
Black tea bags- measure with your heart. How many tea bags you use determines how strong the tea is. I used six to half a gallon this time around.
Sun- make sure you have a nice sunny day to make your sun tea.
Optional- lemon, honey or whatever ever else you’d like to add to your tea. For this batch I’m going to add some of my homemade strawberry syrup.
