Ingredients 🧈🥚
-1 cup cookie butter -1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips -3/4 cup unsalted butter
-1/2 cup flour
-3/4 cup cocoa powder
-1 tsp espresso powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 3/4 cup sugar
-4 eggs
-1 tbsp vanilla
-4-5 biscoff cookies
Instructions 📝
1. Line 8x8 baking pan. Melt cookie butter and spread into baking pan. Let chill in the freezer for 30-60 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
3. Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Mix & set aside to cool.
4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder & salt & set aside.
5. Add eggs, sugar & vanilla to a bowl and whisk until mixture is pale in color.
6. Add the chocolate to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
7. Add dry ingredients and gently fold in just until combined.
8. Pour half the batter into prepared pan. Place frozen cookie butter on top of the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top of frozen cookie butter.
9. Break up biscoff cookies and sprinkle on top.
10. Bake brownies for 45-50 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting
