Christmas Sugar Cookie Bars

Ingredients 🧈🥚

-½ cup unsalted butter, softened

-2 cups light brown sugar

-2 eggs

-2 teaspoons vanilla extract

-1 teaspoon salt

-2 teaspoons baking powder

-2 cups all purpose flour

-1 cup holiday M&M's + extra

-1 cup chocolate chips

-¼ cup holiday sprinkles + extra

Instructions 📝

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 8x8 baking pan with nonstick baking spray.

2. Beat the butter and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes or until creamy.

3. Add eggs & vanilla & beat again.

4. Slowly mix in flour, salt & baking powder into the butter mixture.

5. Add M&M's, chocolate chips & sprinkles & fold into the batter.

6. Spread batter in prepared pan.

7. Sprinkle extra M&M’s & sprinkles on top.

8. Bake for 25-30minutes. Let the cookie bars cool completely before cutting.
