**Reflecting on My Journey:**
From celebrating my daughter Zaya’s graduation to daily challenges, Week 2 has been a mix of highs and lows. Since starting on June 1, 2024, I’m thrilled to have already lost 10 pounds! 🎉 It’s amazing to see the results of my commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
**Tracking Physical Activity:**
Here’s a look at my steps for Week 2:
- Day 8: 9,969 steps 🚶♀️
- Day 9: 16,072 steps 🚶♀️
- Day 10: 11,392 steps 🚶♀️
- Day 11: 6,528 steps 🚶♀️

**Total Steps for the Week:** 74,938
**Average Daily Steps:** 10,691
Walking consistently has not only kept me active but also provided a daily sense of accomplishment. 🏃♀️✨
**Beyond the Scale Achievements:**
This week, I’ve noticed significant improvements beyond just weight loss. I haven’t needed my rescue inhaler at all—an amazing boost to my respiratory health. Plus, my sleep quality has improved, leaving me feeling more refreshed each day. 🌟💤
**Embracing Healthy Habits:**
Intermittent fasting has been transformative for me. By fasting for 16 hours daily and eating nutritious meals in an 8-hour window, I’ve found a sustainable way to support my goals. Meal planning has also made healthier choices easier. 🥗🍴
**Daily Affirmations and Journaling:**
I’ve incorporated daily affirmations and journaling to keep my mindset positive and focused. Here are a few of my daily mantras:
- “I am committed to my health and well-being.”
- “I love and respect my body.”
- “Every day, I am moving closer to my ideal weight.”
- “My body is becoming stronger and healthier with every positive choice I make.”
These affirmations help guide me in making healthy choices and staying motivated. 📖💖
