Another episode of Learning New Things, I learned how to make my own Yogurt!! 😄

I had a 1/2 gallon of whole milk and I put it on the stove until it reached 180F then let it cool down until it reaches 100 to 110F. Then add 2tbsp yogurt (yes you need yogurt to make yogurt the first time, I know its silly) and mix well

then kept covered on a warmish place for about 10 hours and thats it! That’s your yogurt.

Note: For the “starter” yogurt I used plain greek yogurt, you have to make sure its a yogurt that has active cultures (should say in the ingredients)
