1️⃣ Rule 1012 / 1983, a bullet that has long been submerged in the water does not appear to belong to anyone; if anyone has it and sells it, it is not guilty, because it is not a special thing that is in the land property category.
2️⃣ Rule 1558 / 1966, four marble angels are expensive antiques, buried under an ancient castle, excavated and obstructed by antiquities and artifacts, so they are against the Ancient Law of 1961, section 31, but they are not particularly valuable, so they are not valuable property under the Penal Code, section 355.
3️⃣ Rule 519 / 1959. The defendant packed the treasure's wallet, which was tucked to the waist and slid off the waist while sitting watching a movie nearby in the theater. The property was considered to be in the ownership of the treasure, not to be in the condition of loss. When the defendant took it, he was guilty of theft.
