Tallneck’s desert

One memorable climb involved using a Glinthawk's wreckage as a makeshift launching pad – pure genius, if I do say so myself! Each Tallneck offers a slightly different climbing scene and a unique puzzle. The Tallneck in The Stand of Sentinels, for example, presents its own set of challenges, often requiring careful maneuvering around ruins or hostile machines that patrol the area. It's not just about reaching them, but often about clearing the path first. I always make sure to take out any Watchers or Chargers nearby before attempting an ascent; nothing ruins a good climb like an unexpected charge from a Broadhead! Once you’re on board, it’s a delicate balance of timing your jumps between their various platforms and head. I’ve definitely fallen off more times than I care to admit, but the satisfaction of finally reaching the top and overriding the Tallneck, watching the beautiful map unfurl before you, is absolutely worth every failed attempt.
