RECAP 2025 with Fed fatigue coming out of Toxic Relationship
This year 2025 is very broken, because our Toxic Relationship comes as a "close friend."
Before we knew it, the people around us warned, and the last straw couldn't escape the money, until we looked back on it, that we became too People Pleaser with this friend, that we left a lot of confidence in ourselves and cared more about his feelings than our own feelings.
This year is the year that we intend to Fed out of this group, even though it is not 100% yet, but we only dare to go around without inviting him or refusing to ask him to do / pay anything that we do not need to do / pay. This is a big step that we gather a lot of courage to come out.
This year is heavy, but it has passed. The next year will be great. Open up and embrace only those who love us who do not take advantage of us. 💕

ในปี 2025 นี้ การตัดสินใจเฟดตัวเองออกจากความสัมพันธ์ Toxic โดยเฉพาะกับเพื่อนสนิท ถือเป็นเรื่องที่ท้าทายแต่ก็สำคัญอย่างมาก เพราะมักจะมีสัญญาณเตือนที่ค่อยๆ ผลักดันให้เรารู้สึกอึดอัด เช่น การเป็นคนที่ "ตามใจ" หรือ People Pleaser มากเกินไปจนสูญเสียความมั่นใจและเริ่มแคร์ความรู้สึกของเพื่อนมากกว่าตัวเอง การรับรู้ถึงปัญหาและกำหนดขอบเขตความสัมพันธ์เป็นก้าวสำคัญหนึ่งที่จะช่วยฟื้นฟูสุขภาพใจเราเอง เช่น การกล้าปฏิเสธคำชวนหรือกิจกรรมที่เราไม่จำเป็นต้องทำหรือจ่ายด้วย ถือเป็นการลงทุนในความสุขและความสบายใจของตัวเอง จากประสบการณ์นี้ เรายังได้เรียนรู้ให้เริ่มหันมาดูแลสุขภาพตัวเอง แทนที่จะแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยการพยายามเติมเต็มให้เพื่อน รายละเอียดเล็กๆ เช่น ออกไปกินของอร่อยโดยไม่กลัวว่าจะถูกนอยด์ หรือไม่ต้องรู้สึกผิดเวลาที่เราให้ความสำคัญกับตัวเอง เป็นการสร้างสุขภาพใจให้แข็งแรงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ สุดท้ายแล้ว การเปิดรับและโอบกอดคนที่รักเราอย่างไม่เอาเปรียบ เป็นการสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยและความสัมพันธ์ที่มีคุณค่า ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่ปีใหม่ที่ดีกว่าเดิม และเป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้ที่กำลังเผชิญกับ Toxic Relationship ในชีวิตจริงได้ทดลองนำไปปรับใช้
