Protein Chocolate Banana Baked Oats

This is a quick recipe for your post-workout routine and it’s sooooo yummy. Satisfies my sugar craving while getting my intake of protein.

*the chocolate flavor is in my protein, but you can even add bits of chocolate on the top

Ingredients:

• 1/2 ripe banana 50g

• 1/2 cup oats 40g

• scoop of chocolate protein (powder of your choice)

• 3/4 tsp baking powder

• 1tbs maple syrup

• 1/3 cup plant based milk (I used oat milk)

Bake for about 15-20 minutes on 350°
