Beef Short Ribs: 5lbs Beef Short Ribs Meat. Cut in cubs. Season with Oregano, black pepper, accent, garlic & onion powder, caramelized onion butter, thyme, seasoning salt, garlic salt, allspice, & browning. Cut up 8 garlic cloves, 1 green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, yellow onion. In a pan add canola oil and lightly brown the beef on both sides. Remove beef from the oil and in the same pot @ you seasoned the meat in add water and ketchup & (butter beans optional) Cook until tender.👌🏾
