Mental Check In + personality pics

Currently 1 week postpartum. + personality pics

I’ve been motivated everyday to try and keep things done. I have only felt a bit discouraged with breastfeeding because it’s a hard journey. It’s ruff on you, your body, and mental. Although, I’m starting to do better with it. Finding a schedule that works for me and my boys.

Mental I’m doing good for the most. Maintaining my happiness. Not trying to allow things to bother or upset me. Remembering if I’m upset by boys feels upset. I got this, no matter what.

Physically I’m healing very well. Breastfeeding helps shrink your uterus faster. Also to help lose the baby weight. My back be on fire at the end of the night tho. I don’t know if it’s from working hard all day or carrying this ass around.

Emotionally I don’t exactly know I how feel. I’m exhausted sometimes but I know I’ll get my routine down soon. I’m just adjusting. I’m so happy about my boys. They’re a handsome handful. I’ll work hard everyday to make sure they smile. While making sure I get some me time debrief and check myself. I still find joy in things!

Happy with and in my body and skin❤️

-I allow myself to rest and start again tomorrow.

-I am kind to myself.

-Your only limit is you.
