Hi everyone! A few weeks ago I went through recruitment as a recruiter at FSU. As a sophomore, it was my first time going through the process on opposite sides and it was such a meaningful experience! The week before sorority recruitment starts, we participate in what’s called work week, where you learn the basics of recruitment and also bond with your PC. It was so amazing seeing how close we got during this time and I wouldn’t trade t for the world! We also got to dress up each day in different themes, and here were ours!
