Located on the Upper East Side at 1 East 70th Street, tickets are $25 for adults, with certain discounted days and free admission for students and seniors. The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 10am to 6pm (Fridays until 9pm), and you’ll want to set aside about 1.5–2 hours to fully soak in masterpieces by Vermeer, Rembrandt, and more. I loved the intimate atmosphere—surrounded by beautiful period rooms and serene sculpture gardens, it felt like a private art experience right in the heart of NYC.
