Hey everyone! So many of you have asked about my journey from being what I'd call a 'fat guy' to building some serious 'muscles,' and I'm excited to share more of my fitness transformation story. It wasn't an overnight change, but a consistent effort to redefine what a 'perfect fit' meant for me. When I first started, the idea of a 'fat boy diet' felt overwhelming. I wasn't looking for a quick fix, but something sustainable. My approach shifted from restrictive eating to understanding nutrition. I focused on incorporating more lean protein into every meal, cutting back on sugary drinks and processed foods, and increasing my vegetable intake. Finding a gym partner or a trainer who understood my goals made a huge difference in staying motivated and ensuring proper form.
