Title: Strange Pictures

Probably the first book ever that I finished reading in 4 days…

It truly captures my curiosity to continue reading after two chapters. And amazed how pure simple the writing/ translation can be to bring about the linkage and every aspect of the touchpoint. The way it unfolds the mystery of story and bringing you back to the first chapter, pure brilliant. 🤩

... Read moreWhen I first picked up Strange Pictures, I didn’t expect to be so engrossed that I’d finish it in only four days. The beauty of this book lies in its simplicity — the writing and translation are pure and straightforward, yet they weave a complex tapestry of mystery that kept me hooked. What really stood out was how the story circles back on itself, encouraging you to revisit earlier chapters with fresh eyes once the twists reveal themselves. This technique not only deepened my understanding but enriched the entire reading experience. From my personal perspective, this book is a great example of how subtle storytelling can be deeply effective. Instead of relying on flashy prose or complicated language, it trusts the reader to pick up on details and piece together clues. This makes the journey feel collaborative, almost like solving a puzzle alongside the author. If you enjoy reading on digital platforms like Kobo or participate in online communities such as Goodreads, this title fits perfectly within those reading trends. It’s especially exciting to share thoughts with others through hashtags like #readwithme and #readwithleaps, which add a social dimension to the reading experience, making it even more rewarding. Overall, Strange Pictures offers a refreshing break from typical mysteries that are overly complex or overstylized. It’s an excellent pick whether you have just a few days to dive into a good book or if you enjoy reflecting on a story that rewards attention to detail. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore a cleverly crafted mystery that unfolds organically and leaves you thinking long after the final page.

February 2026 was our “no-buy month.” Well… almost. We made just one purchase—but it happened to be the biggest one yet: a car 🚗 Of course, owning a car means ongoing costs like petrol, insurance, and rego, which now add to our monthly expenses. But honestly, we’re really happy with the decision

Tips to Securing a Decent SBF BTO~
I am surprised not many people talk about the key to securing a decent SBF BTO is to be flexible. Honestly, I thought we were very lucky to get a ballot number on our 1st try & to land right around the halfway mark. So we assumed there would still be many good units left to choose from. T
