Title: Do Not Disturb

Freida McFadden did her charm again!

The beginning portion starts off slow. Towards the mid of the book, it starts to pick up and I have finished the book in 2 days!!

Good plot twist! Double trouble! Please give it a try to read her books if you haven’t started any! 🙂

psst: fyi I have read at least 10 of her books ^_^

... Read moreFreida McFadden's 'Do Not Disturb' stands out as a compelling read that keeps you hooked, especially when the storyline picks up midway. From my experience, the slow build at the start actually enhances the suspense, making the twists feel more impactful. The double trouble twist—where multiple layers of mystery intertwine—adds a refreshing complexity that differs from typical thrillers. If you’re new to McFadden’s work, I recommend starting with this title. It offers a balanced mix of suspense, character depth, and clever plot development that makes it easy to finish quickly, as I did within two days. The story hooks you not just with suspense but also with the psychological elements that slowly unravel, providing a satisfying payoff. Beyond 'Do Not Disturb,' exploring at least a few other books by McFadden can give you insight into her style—usually a blend of domestic thriller with dark humor and unexpected narrative turns. Her writing is perfect for readers who enjoy a gradual build-up leading to a big reveal. The book’s popularity on platforms like Goodreads confirms its appeal among thriller enthusiasts. Overall, reading 'Do Not Disturb' can be an immersive experience. Plan to set aside a weekend because once it picks up pace, you won’t want to put it down. Perfect for readers who appreciate suspenseful storytelling with clever plot twists, this book certainly earns its five-star praise from avid readers.
