Being important at work does not make someone more important as a human.
A title can give someone authority, responsibility, and influence.
But it does not make them wiser, kinder, deeper, or more valuable than everyone else.
Some people confuse workplace status with human worth. They start leading from ego instead of humility. They talk down to people. They expect respect without practicing it. They treat being questioned like an insult.
But real leadership does not require a superiority complex.
The best leaders do not need to make other people feel small to feel important.
