Rating my Formal dresses
I can not wait for winter formal in 2 weeks so I thought I’d show the dresses I’ve worn through out highschool so here you go
As winter formal approaches, many students are excited to showcase their unique styles and make lasting memories. From freshman snowball to senior prom, choosing the right dress is an essential part of preparing for these special occasions. Let's look back at the progression of dress styles and experiences through high school. In my freshman year, I attended a snowball dance with a dress that earned a 5/10 rating. While it wasn't my best choice, it was a memorable intro to school dances. My sophomore year brought challenges, particularly with the homecoming dress that fit poorly, scoring a disappointing 0/10. However, my winter formal score improved to 6/10, highlighting a creative mix of swimwear and skirt that surprisingly felt stylish! Prom was exciting, and thrifting a dress brought the score up to 8/10, showcasing the thrill of sustainable fashion. In junior year, the dress for winter formal, although borrowed, was lovely, even with minor fitting issues. My prom experience reached perfection with a beautiful dress that just needed some alteration to the train for easier movement. As I evolved through high school, my choices reflected my growth, with the senior homecoming dress earning a solid 8/10 despite its glittery aftermath. Finally, my senior winter formal dress received a perfect 10/10! This journey not only showcases the dresses themselves but also the memories made along the way. Preparing for winter formal now means revisiting these experiences and celebrating the beauty of dressing up.
